Mr. Johnson has litigated cases on behalf of clients and participated in mediations as their attorney. He has also served as mediator. With this experience comes wisdom and insight. As a mediator, he draws on that experience to reach YES, a resolution whereby all parties are equally satisfied and dissatisfied with the result.

HIS Mission

Mr. Johnson's mission as mediator is to end the litigation in which you are currently embroiled. He has witnessed litigation first hand. Litigation is a game without frontiers.  It is not ideally suited to most litigants. Only arsonists enjoy setting fires and watching things burn.  Litigation is a tactic, not a strategy, and it should be employed only as a last resort.  Litigants always, always, always play to win.  If there is no blood on the carpet after the fight, litigants fear that they didn't fight hard enough.  Here is the rub. Regardless of what you want, whether it be money or revenge, it has to jibe with the realities of the courtroom. Contrary to popular belief, lawyers are not miracle workers. They just want you to think they are.  There should never be any doubt that you, the client, are the sole authority for deciding your own fate. To do that, Mr. Johnson as mediator strives to inform you in simple terms just where fate might lead you. After that, the decision is yours.

Regardless of what you want out of litigation, it has to jibe with the realities of the courtroom.
— Randall Johnson
